Q. Are you using a secured system for my purchase transaction?

A. Absolutely, security is of utmost importance to us. We process all our sales transactions through Paypal, this way your credit card info remains between you and Paypal. We do not have access to your credit card information.

Autographed Cookbooks

Nadia G’s Bitchin’ Boutique is the only online store that carries authentic autographed cookbooks. If you like, Nadia G can even make it out to someone in particular, for example: “For Maggie.” On checkout, you’ll see a “leave a note with your order” option. Just specify who you’d like us to dedicate the book(s) to, and Nadia G will write it up.

Shipping

Q. What postal service will you use to ship my purchases?

A. We have selected UPS & Canada Post for shipping. Rates are calculated upon checkout.

Q. Do you ship Internationally?

A. Yes, we ship to most countries across the world. You might have to pay import duty and taxes as established by your country. Should you wish inquire about these tariffs, you may contact your country's border services.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return items purchased on our web site within 15 days of delivery for an exchange for another product or for store credit towards a future order. Just make sure returned items are in like-new condition and you contact us in advance by email. If the return is a result of our error or a product defect, we pay the return shipping cost if you contact us in advance by email. We will only pay the shipping cost if the item/items ordered were a result of our error or a product defect. If you are returning it for any other reason, you’ll have to cover the shipping.

NOTE: Cookbooks that have personal inscriptions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Q. You’re out of stock! What do I do?

A. On the product page, simply click on the ‘Notify me when this item is in stock’ link and follow the instructions. We’ll email you the minute the item is back in stock.
